 I worked in Michelin Star Restaurants in Holland , France, Luxembourg and Belgium.

I have also experience on Privet Yachts on the Mediterrane and  the Caraiben.

Everything what i make is prepared in perfection ,with passion and the right taste.

 I had in the Past three Restaurants with Michelin Stars.

i am smoking my own Salmon ,, its my speciality,,

I am a specialist with all sorts of Fish and Meat .

I am also a Patissier make Bonbons, Piece Montees, Tartes , Gateaux ,Icecreams and Sorbets.

I am doing Catering , Mariages ,Private Diners. When one of your Members from your Staff has a problem you can hire me in as  an Intermediaire.
